Triple Point Energy Transition plc

Triple Point Energy Transition plc ("TENT") is an investment trust listed on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. We invest in projects across the spectrum of the energy system in the UK and Europe that are critical for the transition to a low carbon economy and generate a strong, sustainable return for investors.

We invest in assets which generate, store,or consume energy and which contribute to our target total net asset value (“NAV”) return of 7-8% per annum to shareholders.

We use both equity and debt to partner with high-quality public and private sector organisations on energy projects at different stages in their development.

To date, the assets in the portfolio have generated an estimated 4,893 Megawatts per hour (MWh), enough to power 1,578 typical UK homes powered for a year. These assets have avoided 8,783 tonnes of CO2, the equivalent of taking 4,604 average petrol cars off the road.[1]
